Orders & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
- Most orders within Delhi NCR are delivered within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.
Do you offer free delivery?
- Yes! Orders above ₹1,000 get free delivery. Plus, you also get an exclusive discount on orders above ₹1,000 so the more you shop, the more you save.
Can I track my order?
- Yes, you'll get an SMS and email with your tracking link once your order is dispatched.
Do you deliver outside Delhi NCR?
- We're currently focused on Delhi NCR to make sure every order reaches you fast and fresh. We'll be expanding to more cities soon, stay tuned!
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
- We accept returns on toys and accessories within 7 days of delivery, no questions asked. Food and grooming products cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons.
How do I initiate a return?
- Email us at hello@barkzandmewz.com with your order details and we'll help you with the next steps, usually within one business day.
When will I get my refund?
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Products
Are your products safe for puppies and kittens?
- Many of our products are suitable for puppies and kittens, each product page clearly mentions the recommended age. When in doubt, check the age label or contact us before buying.
Are your treats vet-approved?
- We only stock brands that meet quality and safety standards, including JerHigh, Bellota, Goodies, Gnawlers, and more. We always recommend checking with your vet if your pet has specific health conditions.
I don't know which product is right for my pet. Can you help?
- Yes! Email hello@barkzandmewz.com with your pet's age, breed, and what you're looking for — our team will recommend options that fit.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
- At checkout you can pay online through Razorpay — that typically includes credit and debit cards, UPI, netbanking, and wallets (exact options appear on the payment screen). You can also choose cash on delivery (COD) when it is offered for your address; a small COD handling fee is added to those orders.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
- Yes, all payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We never store your card details.

Do you have products for both dogs and cats?
- Yes! Barkz is our dog section and Mewz is our cat section, both fully stocked with treats, grooming products, accessories, and toys.
Do you have a physical store?
- We're currently online-only, delivering fast across Delhi NCR. You can also find us on Amazon and Flipkart.
